We aim to provide quality work at a competitive price by closely working with clients to achieve their vision and needs.
Commercial Construction
We provide site work, excavation, land clearing, road building, and pipe and utilities. We also specialize in high production high efficiency GPS earthmoving.
Residential Construction
We specialize in both new home construction and renewing existing land. This is achieved through site clearing, excavation, installing or replacing septic systems, installing retaining walls, walkways and lawn, drainage solutions, yard expansions and additions. We offer landscape design services, as well.

Josh Phillips
Owner & Operator
Josh grew up watching his Grandfather and Great Uncle operate heavy equipment and has been passionate about it ever since. He started working professionally as a Heavy Equipment Operator at the age of 18 for a high-end housing development company and has since worked his way into the Equipment Operator's Union. Through the union he had the opportunity to work on large-scale government, municipal, and privately run projects. He is proficient on all equipment including GPS-controlled equipment for high production earthmoving.
Promised Land Earthworks was established in 2018 to enable Josh to bring his land moving precision and expertise to local home-building contractors, municipalities and homeowners.
